We reassure them that we all have diversified skills that we bring to the team here at the firm and that it is these skills that make the firm stronger and moving forward towards growth. Just like pieces in a puzzle, each piece helps build the bigger picture.

At Home Franchise Concepts, we’re alleviating economic fears by communicating the company’s needs and expectations with our team members. We let them know what is needed from them to keep the company healthy. Further, our team members know that because they do such good work for us, we will do a good job for them by keeping the company financially healthy. This communication extends to our franchisees as well. We have increased the amount of communication we deliver to the Budget Blinds and Closet Tailors franchisees to keep them apprised of the efforts that are being made to maintain the health of each concept. Sincerely,
Chad Hallock

We are reinforcing to our employees, and customers our company comentment to improved technologies in manufacturing and markerting. We have invested into higher technology and providing improved products that will lead us over competitiors. Additionally we have reduced production cost of common product manufacturing that may see an increase, and may needed to be more competive. Our growth will come from new cutomers, as normal. We have added sales staff, and already have an increase that could off set any possible slow down.
Keeping our present personal employed is a must, as it was during the slowdown after 9-11, because when business returns to noramal, it can be too later to hire, and train personal to lead our marketing position.
Management has also worked hard with our Bankers, CPA firm, Benifit profiders, and Law firm to make sure we have their guidance, while sharing this with employees for their comfort of our direction.
Keeping faith in America, and the American way is also showing responsibilities, of management, while all of us a peolpe are taking care of our families, neighbors, friends, co-workers, and improving the things we can.
